The effective management of deployment Projects is essential for radio and fibre networks.    Chris Stratton has managed several significant deployment Projects, from Local Government WANs to the installation of a transmission network across Kingston-upon-Hull and a major Operator Network Sharing RAN project.  Setting up regular reports and flexing to accommodate Clients’ changing priorities throughout each Project ensured Clients’ success and led to further instructions.
